Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to provide patient care across acute care, rehab, and SNF settings, with proficiency in independently performing Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies.
Key Requirements:
-Schedule: 5 days/week, likely including 1 weekend day
-Setting: Acute Care, Rehab & SNF; possible outpatient referrals
-EMR: Epic/Meditech
-Certification: BLS
-License: Active Hawaii Rehab license required by start
-Experience: Minimum 2 years; SNF/Rehab experience preferred
-Key Skill: Must independently perform MBS studies
-Floating: May float to other units/facilities based on staffing
-Training: EMR and rehab orientation provided
-Dress Code: Scrubs/HMC dress code
Patterns Hiring Job ID #299778-0914. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
