Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Assignment Details
* Specialty: Interventional Radiology
* Location: Wilmington, NC
* Schedule: Day, 3×12-hour shifts
* Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
* Hours: 36 hours/week
* Start Date: October 5, 2026
* Duration: 13 weeks
* Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,711/week
* Patient Ratio: 1:1
* Call: Approximately once per week and every fourth weekend
* Travel experience required
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* ARRT (R) required
* BLS required
* Interventional Radiology and vascular procedure experience
* Angioplasty and embolization
* Central venous access/port placement
* Endovascular interventions
* EVAR and TEVAR
* Thrombolysis/thrombectomy
* Upper and lower extremity angiography
* Sterile technique and maintaining the sterile field
* Fluoroscopy and ultrasound experience
* ARRT (VI) preferred
* Epic experience preferred
Position Overview
The technologist will support interventional and vascular procedures in a hybrid operating room environment. Procedures include peripheral vascular interventions, EVAR, TEVAR, declots, TCAR, angioplasty, embolization, thrombectomy, and vascular access procedures.
The unit serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and averages approximately 14 procedures per day.
