CT/Rad Tech (Multimodality) Position Description
This position requires multi-modality technicians to perform CT and X-ray during their shift.
General InformationUnit Specifics
- Number of Beds: 10-15 bed Emergency Room
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Unit Staffing: Rad tech present until midnight
- Type of Equipment: GE Rev EVO 64 slice CT, GE digital X-ray fixed unit, and portable unit
- Documentation System: Meditech/GE PACS
Hospital Specifics
- Certifications: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography
Experience and Skills Required
- Years of Experience: At least 3 years
- Requested Skill Set: Proficiency in CT and X-ray, IV skills, CPR
- Advanced Skills: BLS certification
- Procedures Performed: Emergency Room only
- Certifications Required: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography
- Dress Code: Gray scrubs
