About the Position
We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Data Analyst to join our team to work on-site in Portland, Oregon! The Quality & Compliance Data Analyst will ensure compliance with operational standards and external regulatory frameworks. They will assist teams to compile clinical documentation, audit performance tracking systems, and prepare comprehensive reports requested by executive leadership or state licensing boards. The Quality & Compliance Data Analyst will coordinate with local program managers; identify process errors or operational gaps eligible for corrective action plans and assist staff with implementing data collection protocols and training arrangements. They will also have knowledge of state behavioral health regulations and documentation laws.
Technology Requirement
Employees are required to maintain access to a compatible smartphone capable of supporting the organization’s approved multi-factor authentication (MFA) application as a condition of employment. This requirement enables secure access to company systems.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Pentaho Software and SPSS, SAS, SQL, R, Python, and AMOS
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
