DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position plays an important role in managing critical vendor and customer data for financial reporting and payment processing across the Commonwealth. As a Management Technician, you will perform the following duties:
- Data Verification: Analyze vendor, customer, and business partner registrations and confirm identifying information
- Master Records: Maintain and update data in various financial and customer management systems
- Regulation Compliance: Follow required state and federal rules to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Banking Validation: Validate banking information to reduce fraud risk through research and verification processes
- Record Processing: Handle agency requests for vendor record updates and changes
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of actions, research, and results for transparency

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- AWS (alternate work schedule) available upon completion of probationary period.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training. An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have at least at least two years of experience with advanced problem solving and data collection.
- You must have at least two years of experience with issue research and fraud prevention.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Two years of customer service experience (via email, phone/call center, face-to-face interaction)
- Two years of experience using SAP/SRM accounting screens and transactions
- Two years of experience using ORACLE/CFIN
- Type at least 40 words per minute
