This facility operates as a family medicine clinic delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent and quality care delivery. Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site family medicine clinic during day shift hours. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups.
