HR Associate Generalist

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking detail-oriented HR Associate Generalists to support a large-scale Oracle HCM data and job architecture initiative. This role combines HR operations, HR systems, and data quality work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working with HR data while applying critical thinking and business judgment. This is not a traditional data entry position. Successful candidates will leverage their HR knowledge to review job-related information, validate skills and competencies, and make informed recommendations regarding job classifications and job profiles.

What You'll Do

• Support Oracle HCM data cleanup and standardization efforts
• Review, update, and migrate job descriptions into Oracle
• Validate job profiles, skills, and competency data
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR information across systems
• Review system-generated skills and determine appropriateness for specific roles
• Research and resolve HR data discrepancies
• Support job classification and job architecture activities
• Perform high-volume data review while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Experience working in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, Compensation, Talent Management, or Human Resources
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP HR, HRMS, or similar HR systems
• Strong understanding of HR processes and job-related data
• Experience reviewing job descriptions, job profiles, or employee position data
• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of structured data
