1st Shift Assembly/Wire & Cable Harness

Company Information: A temperature-controlled production facility is hiring a 1st Shift Production Associate for their team! The company manufactures hydraulic components for forklifts. Great working environment and company culture!

About the Job: This role is in the final assembly area and requires someone who can assemble and perform quality control.  

Assembly Requirements: 

• Must be able to use several types of hand tools, knives, cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, air ratchets, torque wrenches, and power tools to assemble wire harnesses, sensors, and brackets for oil control valve components.
• Must be able to visually inspect parts for faults and defects and be able to distinguish color. 
• Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift with bending and stooping
• Must have good attention to detail and the ability to communicate and work as a team

Assembly Pay/Benefits:

• $20.75/HR

Assembly Schedule:

• 1st Shift - 6:30 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift - 3 PM - 11:30 PM
