Senior Accounts Payable

Senior Accounts Payable LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing organization near Chandler. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong, high-volume AP experience who is comfortable managing the full AP cycle and working in a fast-paced environment. This role if fully onsite, Monday-Friday. Salary range is between $60,000-$65,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment
• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage a high-volume weekly check run
• Perform invoice matching, coding, and verification
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account issues
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Assist with month-end close and AP reporting
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience - MUST HAVE
• High-volume AP experience - MUST HAVE
• Experience managing high-volume weekly check runs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
