CDL-A Shuttle/Delivery Driver - Middletown - Home Daily

ITDS, a Cincinnati based dedicated carrier, is currently recruiing for a Full-Time Local CDL-A Driver in Middletwon, OH

 

We are offering TWO compensation options, allowing you to choose the pay package that best fits your needs and driving style!

 

Option 1: Hourly Pay Package

• $27.00 per hour; guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Start 4--5am, work 8 to 10 hours, Monday to Friday
• Saturdays - only a couple times during the year voluntary
• No touch freight
• Local runs within approximately 125 mile radius
• Mostly live unloads with preferential treatment for our drivers

Average Annual Earnings: $55,000 to $77,490+

 

Option 2:  Mileage and Stop Pay Package

• $.58 CPM
• $16.00 per stop
• Detention pay: $13.50/hour after 30 minutes at customer locations
• Detention pay: $13.50/hour immediately for yard trailer moves
• Holiday pay: $22.00/hour
• Average 1.400+ miles per week
• Average 18 stops per week
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Start time between 3am to 6am; 8 to 12 hour workdays
• Voluntary Saturdasy only a few times per year
• No-touch frieght
• Local runs within approximately 150 mile radius
• Mostly live unloads with preferentail treament for our drivers

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500+

 

Minimum hiring requirements for all positions:

• Class A CDL
• 1 year verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer experience
• No more than 3 moving violations within last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
• No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 3 years
• No preventable collisions within the last 3 years involving: rear-end, rollover, work/constructionzone related occurrance
• 23 years old
• No Failed DT
