Wood Assembly

• Build and assemble wooden shipping crates and pallets
• Measure, position, and assemble wood components
• Safely use nail guns, drills, hammers, and other hand/power tools
• Follow assembly instructions and production requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals

• Previous wood assembly, carpentry, construction, crate/pallet building, or production assembly experience
• Hands-on experience building items such as furniture, shelving, sheds, cabinets, or similar products
• Comfortable and efficient using nail guns and drills
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Steel-toe footwear required
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening, including a basic math assessment
