This inpatient facility in Charleston, South Carolina maintains established cardiothoracic surgical infrastructure and clinical protocols to support coordinated patient care across floor and operating room settings. The facility operates with a structured APP model and on-site support systems to facilitate quality care delivery throughout the locum tenens coverage period. Coverage will commence following completion of the credentialing process.

The clinical team consists of one surgeon and two APPs covering both floor and operating room responsibilities, with 24-hour call coverage required as a condition of this assignment. Endovascular Vein Harvesting certification is required, and prescriptive authority must be in place prior to the start of coverage.
