Buscamos un/a Analista de Cumplimiento para apoyar el monitoreo, revisión y análisis de actividades de cuentas y productos bancarios mediante el sistema ASSIST/CK. La persona seleccionada evaluará alertas, revisará transacciones y documentará los resultados de las investigaciones conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
Responsabilidades- Monitorear cuentas y transacciones de acuerdo con el perfil esperado del cliente.
- Revisar y evaluar alertas bajo los procedimientos BSA.
- Analizar informes de préstamos de consumo, tarjetas de crédito, préstamos de autos, hipotecas e instrumentos monetarios.
- Revisar informes de Wire Transfers, ATM, ACH y otros informes centralizados.
- Investigar movimientos de cuentas e identificar actividades inusuales.
- Documentar los resultados de las investigaciones y referirlos al supervisor cuando sea necesario.
- Utilizar el sistema ASSIST/CK.
- Analizar noticias e información relevante para las revisiones de cumplimiento.
- Realizar otras funciones relacionadas con el puesto según sean asignadas.
- Grado asociado requerido.
- De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cumplimiento dentro de la industria bancaria.
- Dominio del español e inglés, oral y escrito.
- Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
- Conocimiento de programas de procesamiento de palabras y hojas de cálculo.
- Conocimiento o experiencia utilizando ASSIST/CK.
- Buenas destrezas interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad.
- Capacidad para manejar información confidencial y cumplir con fechas límite.
