This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Kentucky. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the patient population served within the FQHC framework.

Lexington, Kentucky, known as the Horse Capital of the World, offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Notable attractions include the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland Race Course, bourbon distillery tours, horse farm tours, hiking trails, and live entertainment at Rupp Arena. Clinicians will find a variety of dining, arts, and family-friendly options throughout the region during time away from assignment.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Kentucky during day shift hours. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups.
