Paint/Lamination Technician (Full Time Monday through Friday)

 Billings, MT |  Starting at $18/hr

Join a growing manufacturing team in a hands-on role preparing materials for production. As a Paint/Lamination Technician, you’ll apply coatings using precise rolling and layering techniques in a fast-paced machine shop environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply and laminate paint products to materials with precision
• Read measurements accurately using rulers and tape measures
• Maintain strict quality standards and attention to detail
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

What You Bring:

• Strong math skills (fractions and measuring required)
• Mechanical aptitude; painting/rolling experience preferred
• Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow detailed specifications
