Maintenance Mechanic

A leading company specializing in vehicle and equipment maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic. This full-time role is based in Spring, TX, and requires candidates to live within a 30-minute radius. The company offers a vehicle and tools for work, supporting ongoing facility management and repairs.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Manage the mechanical and electrical upkeep of multiple wash locations, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Order parts and maintain stock levels for ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns with effective repairs.
• Record maintenance activities and repairs using a computerized management system or spreadsheets.

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders comfortably.
• Experience working with 480-volt electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting; welding skills are a plus.
