TOPS Staffing is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate for a well-established HVAC contractor in the Sewickley, PA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll spend time making local deliveries to job sites while also assisting with warehouse operations, material handling, and order fulfillment. Every day begins and ends at the company's local facility—no overnight travel or long-haul routes.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour - starting wage  opportunity to progress to $25 in the first year or so. 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Typical start time around 7:00 AM
• Occasional weekend deliveries may be available but are uncommon

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company-owned 16-foot box truck for local deliveries
• Deliver HVAC equipment and materials to residential and commercial job sites within approximately a 60-mile radius
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Pick and pull customer and technician orders from the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Organize inventory and assist with general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
• Support the team with additional warehouse and logistics duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record with previous delivery driving experience
• Forklift or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds throughout the day
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• HVAC or construction material knowledge is helpful but not required
