Job Description
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as an RMA Specialist / Pick & Pack Associate. This role combines returns processing, inventory management, quality inspections, and order fulfillment. Team members will verify returned Apple products, perform basic functionality testing, process RMAs, and accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) accurately and efficiently.
- Verify serial numbers and product information on Apple devices and accessories.
- Conduct basic functionality testing on returned products.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack products safely and accurately for shipment.
- Label, sort, and stage inventory for shipping and receiving operations.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and update system records.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse software systems.
- Strong attention to detail when working with serial numbers and product information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to read labels, serial numbers, and small print accurately.
- Comfortable working on concrete floors in an active warehouse environment.

This position is based in a modern warehouse and distribution center. Employees spend the majority of the shift walking, standing, picking orders, processing returned merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. The facility is moderately climate controlled, with fans provided during warmer months. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key components of daily operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.30 - $17.30/hr.
