Payroll Specialist

Bilingual payroll specialist needed to handle full-cycle payroll processing and serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking employees regarding their pay, benefits, and deductions.

Key Responsibilities

Review timesheets, calculate wages, overtime, and bonuses, and execute direct deposits or checks.

Answer employee questions and resolve discrepancies in both English and Spanish.

Assist with payroll audits

Respond with inquiries & requests to provide necessary payroll information

Utilize ADP alongside Excel, to run reports and reconcile accounts.
