Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

A company in Columbus, Indiana, is hiring 2nd- and 3rd-shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians for their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Replace 3-4 motors per day as part of daily responsibilities.
• Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday / 2 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 10:30 PM-6 AM

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
• Familiarity with 480v three-phase electricity
• Proficient in using voltmeters and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Experience working with ammonia-based systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
