Senior Litigation Associate

An established law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with exceptional advocacy skills who is interested in gaining or expanding first-chair experience while handling a diverse range of business-related matters. • Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through conclusion

• Advise and communicate with clients regarding a variety of business and employment-related disputes

• Work closely with experienced legal support staff and senior attorneys

• Handle court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents

• Collaborate with the legal team to effectively manage cases and meet deadlines

• Opportunity to assist with transactional matters, based on interest and experience

• Minimum 7 years of litigation experience

• Strong preference for candidates with first-chair litigation experience

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage matters from start to finish

• Strong analytical, legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Strong academic and professional credentials

• Admission to practice in Georgia required
