Material Handlers Chardon Manufacturing Company

Job Details:
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Pay Rate: $18 $20 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Pick parts from racks for order fulfillment
- Pack parts into boxes and prepare them for final shipment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently
- Assist in assembly when production is slow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (willing to train)
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
