This psychiatric health facility delivers outpatient primary care services to adult patients in mental health crisis and short-term stays within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains a full complement of on-site behavioral health and nursing staff to support daily clinical operations and care coordination. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary care needs of the mental health patient population served.

Clinical responsibilities include patient evaluations and management of primary care conditions for a mental health patient population. Full behavioral health and nursing staff are available on-site to support clinical workflows and collaborative care delivery. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
