Property Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repairs, and general maintenance for residential and/or commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, and maintaining safe, functional spaces.

• Perform routine property maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, patching, and general upkeep

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment

• Assist with seasonal tasks 

• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members

• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards

• Proven experience in property, building, or facility maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Dependable, positive attitude, and commitment to completing tasks

• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment

• Drug screen, background check, and valid driver's license required
