Medical Assembler

Job Title : Assembler I

Location : Irvine, CA 92614
Pay : $22/hr on W2
Shift Timings : Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 1st Shift
Contract Type : 6 months with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package medical devices in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety procedures, written specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks on devices and packaging.
• Conduct air-flow testing and identify product or process issues.
• Accurately document manufacturing activities, data, and results.
• Rotate between different manufacturing operations as required.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and use required PPE.
• Handle materials and tools carefully to prevent damage or product scrap.
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
• Work scheduled hours and overtime when required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, medical device, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
• Ability to pass a visual acuity test (20/20 corrected vision).
• Ability to pass Particulate Matter Certification.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing required PPE.
• Must be able to work onsite and follow all safety and quality requirements.
