Our meats are slow-smoked and pulled or sliced to order and everything is made in-house from scratch. Smokin J’s BBQ is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer focused servers to join our FOH team at our Poway location. We are looking for people who are capable of adding an elevated level of service to our high-paced, quick-service restaurant.  Pay is $22.90-29.90/hour ($16.90/hour base pay plus $6-13/hour in tips) Benefits: Health Insurance (we pay half!!)
