What we're looking for

· Experience in recruiting or sales, with a track record of hitting goals. Staffing, B2B sales, inside sales, and business development backgrounds are all welcome.

· Competitive, coachable, and comfortable picking up the phone

· A closer's mindset and real curiosity about people

· Someone who sees "no ceiling" as an invitation, not a threat
