Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: congestive heart failure, was in the hospital for 19 days, been out for 3 weeks, has home health, PT, OT and nursing coming out weekly. About the care needs: Just need someone to be there to get drinks or food, anything else, help to bed etc. Be present in case gets up after going to bed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
