Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are a busy professional couple seeking an engaging, live-out nanny for our happy, active 11-month-old son. We both work demanding corporate roles in home offices, so we need a confident caregiver comfortable with parents working on-site. Schedule: 3 days/week fixed (Tuesdays/Wednesdays) plus a Monday or Thursday float. Occasional flexibility for a 4th day is a plus. About Our Son & Our Dog: Our son is expressive and will give a funny "judgmental stare" before warming up. We need someone highly engaging who loves to play and keep him active! We also have a2-year-old rescue dog; she takes time to warm up to new people, so comfort with pets is essential.
