Manager - Now Hiring

This position works from 5 days a week on an average of 30+ hours a week.  You will be required to work on some weekend days also.

Job Summary: Manages all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability when the General Manager is out of the store. Responsible for the successful execution of a fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Perform all duties of in-shoppers and drivers; manages a staff of 3-4 employees; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; provides on-the-job training for new employees; must be able to read, write and communicate in English; Must be at least 18 yrs of age, have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record; willing to work overtime and holidays; ability to handle stress and high-volume operations.

This position requires JJ's certification which we will pay for . You have to work 5 shifts a week. Will explain the process when interviewed. 

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
