Hiring OTR CDL-A Hazmat Drivers in Davenport, IA!.

About the Job:

• Ruan is hiring Hazmat Class A CDL Flex drivers to be based in Davenport, IA, to haul auto parts in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .

Pay:

• Get paid weekly earning $40 per hour (straight time) and $25 per diem per layover.
• Average annual pay is $104,000 per year with a chance to earn up to $115,000 per year when working 50-55 hours per week. 

Schedule:

• Drivers will need to be willing to travel and support an operation for up to 4 weeks at a time with a home time of 1 week off.
• Drivers will deliver a mix of multi-stop and occasional shuttle deliveries.
• Routes can go through Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri.

Equipment:

• Drivers are operating new automatic late-model Freightliner sleepers.
• This position requires driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack.
• Hazmat is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
