What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find and purchase the vehicle that's right for them while providing an exceptional dealership experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
- Help customers select the right vehicle
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation during test drives
- Guide customers through our proven sales process
- Present pricing and complete required paperwork
- Follow up with previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers and develop relationships
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and your best effort to work every day
What We're Looking For
You don't have to be an automotive sales expert to succeed here. Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person for success.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong desire to succeed and earn
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening
