Competitive Pay and New Hire Incentives:

• A Level Technicians: Earn up to $10,000+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• B Level Technicians: Earn up to $6,000+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• C Level Technicians: Earn up to $3,500+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• Up to $72.50 per flat rate hour for qualified technicians
• Generous performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning
• Perform thorough multi-point vehicle inspections
• Recommend necessary repairs and services
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
• Perform high-quality repairs that build long-term customer trust

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience required
• A, B, or C Level certification preferred
• Dealership experience is a major plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Full-Time Benefits:
