is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor to join our commercial truck service team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows the trucking industry and wants steady workflow, fleet business, strong earning potential, and long-term growth with one of the largest commercial truck providers in the Tri-State and New Jersey region.

Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person with solid trucking experience or strong heavy-duty truck knowledge.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with commercial truck customers and fleet accounts
• Write repair orders and document service concerns
• Explain repairs, maintenance, estimates, and recommendations
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians, Parts, warranty, and management
• Help keep repairs moving efficiently and customers on the road

Who We're Looking For:

• Trucking industry experience is required
• Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Heavy-duty truck, diesel mechanic, truck sales, Parts, or fleet experience will also be considered
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of commercial trucks and repair
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple customer needs
• College degree preferred but not required
