Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with Management about clients, their needs and their preferences.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using Company vehicles, cleaning products and equipment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to our office. (Use our vehicles during the day!)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - it's active work!
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently & on a Team.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products used in both residential and commercial settings is a plus, but is not necessary.
• Must have a valid driver's license & positive driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
