Program Analyst Associate - Full-time

**Description** SAIC is looking for an Program Analyst Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects. • Participate in the operational aspects of ongoing projects • Serve as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management • Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare regular status reports • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals • Monitor project progress and support problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients • Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being fulfilled • Support the definition and implementation of project planning techniques • Assist in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements • Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met **Qualifications** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Bachelors and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
