About this job
The Byron Company is an apartment management company in St. Louis managing apartments in the central corridor around Forest Park and Washington University. We are currently taking applications for the position of Skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician. The right person must be a maintenance technician experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, as well as communicate effectively, follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team, and adhere to all safety practices. HVAC experience a plus.
On-call is not a requirement for this maintenance tech. position.
Starting pay $24-$35 to start, commensurate with experience and job history. Pay negotiable for highly qualified candidates that have experience with older buildings. We offer steady pay advancements. WE PAY THE BEST FOR THE BEST TECHS. !
