🛠 Responsibilities

Welding & Fabrication

• Perform MIG welding on structural components and assemblies.
• Weld attachments, brackets, and fabricated parts to beams and tubing.
• Ensure weld quality meets company and customer specifications.
• Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🔥 Cutting & Material Preparation

• Use cutting torches to prepare and modify materials.
• Operate plasma cutters when required.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

📐 Blueprint Reading & Assembly

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Lay out parts accurately on beams and tubes for assembly.
• Verify measurements and alignment prior to welding.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

✔ Previous MIG welding experience required
✔ Experience using cutting torches required
✔ Plasma cutting experience preferred
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
✔ Experience with layout and fitting of parts for assembly
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✔ Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications
✔ Dependable attendance and commitment to safety
