Bonding Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Bonding Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Bonding Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Bonding Machine Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: 18/hour for first shift, 18.50/hour for second shift 

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Operate bonding machines efficiently and accurately to meet production targets
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a climate-controlled setting
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating bonding or similar manufacturing machinery 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production goals
