EDI Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a dedicated EDI Support Technician to join their team. As an EDI Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Services department supporting the Corporate Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EDI Support Technician

Location: AUSTIN, MN

Pay Range: $21.65/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (standard work week – 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

What's the Job?

• Perform support and maintenance functions to ensure B2B applications support business requirements for both legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Develop proficiency in AS400 navigation, mainframe navigation, Oracle Cloud, EDI Standards, and Trading Partner setup with training.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all components related to Trading Partner relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and service.

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent.
• Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with excellent organizational skills.
