Housekeeper Needed

My Grandfather lives alone and suffered a stroke a few years ago. He has a hard time walking and bending which makes everyday house keeping difficult to do on his own. He gets a lot of help from myself and my parents, however we cannot be there everyday. He lives in a full twin house. The main rooms of concern are his bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. As these are the rooms he uses the most. Looking around to get some ideas for pricing.
