Job Description:
The Technical Writer is responsible for developing, revising, and maintaining company manuals, forms, and technical documentation in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
-Plan, develop, organize, and write internal company procedures, forms, and manuals.
-Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
-Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
-Manage revision projects for technical documentation.
-Must be able to work on complex documentation tasks with limited assistance.
-Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Technical Publications department, including procedures, quality control, workflow, and tools.
-Demonstrate expertise in technical documentation methods and procedures in a positive manner.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Publications Supervisor.
