About the Role

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to support AI training and evaluation projects. You'll apply your healthcare knowledge to assess AI outputs, workflows, and real-world use of healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and evaluate healthcare applications and EHR systems.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, realism, and workflow alignment.
• Review clinical documentation, billing, coding, and administrative processes.
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with one or more EHR/healthcare systems.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient records, billing, coding, and prior authorizations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.
