What You'll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll lead installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Install complete HVAC systems including:
• Split Systems
• Furnaces
• Air Handlers
• Condensers
• Heat Pumps
• Mini-Splits
• Thermostats
• Indoor Air Quality Products
• Smart Home Devices
• Ductwork
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and professionally.
• Perform start-up, testing, balancing, and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Educate customers on the operation of their new equipment.
• Recommend maintenance plans and IAQ solutions when appropriate.
• Complete installation documentation using our company technology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have Residential communicating HVAC system installation experience
• Strong mechanical & technical aptitude
• Duct cleaning experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements
