Join our hospitality team and help create an enjoyable, welcoming experience for every guest. The Bartender prepares and serves high-quality beverages, provides prompt and courteous service, processes transactions accurately, and maintains a clean, organized, guest-ready bar.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes, brand standards, and guest requests. 
  • Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and company policies. 
  • Provide menu and beverage recommendations while promoting featured items. 
  • Accurately process charges, payments, and gratuities using the applicable point-of-sale system. 
  • Maintain bar supplies, liquor inventory, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. 
  • Complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and other assigned side work. 
  • Assist with food preparation, service, and storage when required. 
  • Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns. 
  • Follow food-safety, alcohol-safety, security, and emergency procedures. 
  • Maintain required responsible alcohol-service and food-handling certifications. 
  • Perform other related duties within the associate’s training and capabilities.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  •  Must meet the minimum legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
  •  At least one year of food-and-beverage experience preferred.
  •  Hotel, restaurant, chain, or retail food-service experience preferred.
  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree is a plus.
  •  Food-handler and responsible alcohol-service certifications are preferred at hire and may be required after employment.
  •  Knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, responsible alcohol service, and basic cash handling.
  •  Friendly, dependable, and able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

  1. With or without reasonable accommodation, the associate must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stretch, and reach; lift or carry up to 30 pounds; and push or pull up to 60 pounds. This on-site position may require varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Employment may be subject to job-related screening consistent with company policy and applicable law.
