What You’ll Own

This is your restaurant. You’ll set the tone, lead from the floor, and make sure your team and operation are firing on all cylinders.

• Hire, train, schedule, and develop a strong team
• Coach your managers and hourly employees to perform at their best
• Drive great guest experiences and smooth daily operations
• Own execution, accountability, safety, and restaurant standards
• Track performance and partner with area leadership on goals and action plans
• Lead a 50-hour workweek with flexibility during peak business periods

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to jump in
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
