Join our hospitality team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. The Room Attendant cleans and prepares guest rooms according to LBA and brand standards while organizing supplies, protecting guest privacy, and providing friendly, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms thoroughly and within established quality and productivity expectations. 
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, remove trash, and replenish guest supplies. 
• Follow established housekeeping procedures, training checklists, sanitation requirements, and periodic deep-cleaning schedules. 
• Properly handle and organize linens, supplies, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment. 
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or discrepancies. 
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or questions. 
• Help maintain public areas, restrooms, stairwells, breakrooms, and back-of-house areas when assigned. 
• Maintain guest privacy and follow all safety, security, key-control, and emergency procedures. 
• Use required hotel systems and communication tools, such as Quore or Hotel Effectiveness. 
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with uniform and grooming standards. 
• Perform other related duties within the associate’s training and capabilities.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, hospital, residential, or care-facility environment is preferred. 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent guest service. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow established procedures, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn and use job-related technology and communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• With or without reasonable accommodation, the associate must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel; lift or carry up to 30 pounds; and push or pull up to 60 pounds. 
• This on-site position may require varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
