Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Millwright for an onsite opportunity in Gouverneur, New York. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position supporting continued mill production through the maintenance and repair of crushers, conveyor systems, industrial slurry pumps and other mechanical equipment.
The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery, hands-on experience with hand tools, welding equipment and diagnostic tools, welding/fabrication/pipe fitting experience, and strong mechanical problem-solving skills.
COMPENSATION
• $30-$35 Per Hour Base Pay

SCHEDULE
• Normal Monday-Friday Schedule
• Flexibility Required When Unexpected Troubleshooting And Project Work Arise
MILL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
• Maintain Cone Crushers
• Maintain Jaw Crushers
• Maintain Crusher Screens
• Maintain Conveyor Belts
• Maintain Rollers And Drive Units
• Rebuild And Maintain Industrial Slurry Pumps
• Support Continued Production With The Mill Crew
WELDING, FABRICATION & PIPE FITTING
• Perform Welding
• Perform Fabrication
• Perform Pipe Fitting
• Use Welding Equipment And Hand Tools In Industrial Maintenance Work
MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
• Apply Mechanical Principles To Industrial Machinery
• Use Hand Tools, Welding Equipment And Diagnostic Tools
• Perform Mechanical Troubleshooting And Repairs
• Maintain Accurate Records Of Equipment Maintenance And Repairs
• Respond To Unexpected Troubleshooting And Project Needs As Required
SAFETY

• Help Maintain A Safe Working Environment
