Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a positive experience through excellent housekeeping standards, strong time management, and a professional, guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully supplied and presented neatly
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and perform general cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate team member
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain a professional demeanor
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Manage assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled timeframes

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards of quality
