Custodial Leader 

Location: Laurens County Rest Areas 87 & 88
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

The Custodial Leader is responsible for supporting the Site Manager with the daily operation and supervision of custodial services at Laurens County Rest Areas 87 and 88.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the custodial team to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained rest areas.
• Assist the Site Manager with daily operations, employee assignments, inspections, supplies, and customer concerns.
• Train and provide direction to custodial employees as needed.
• Step in and perform custodial duties when necessary.
• Assist with staffing and cover shifts when employees call out, especially on weekends, to ensure continuous service.
• Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Custodial or related experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend flexibility and availability to cover call-outs are required.
